Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [your email] and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
